Synopsis: Thor captures an enemy agent, while Loki once again tries to stop him and fails. Loki then decides to grant power to someone else. He then mystically puts a potion in Crusher Creel's drink in prison, creating the Absorbing Man. Harris Hobbs, visiting Blake as a patient, tells him about the escaped con with superpowers. Blake then changes to Thor, and flies off to investigate. He comes across Crusher, and finds out his power. Crusher manages to beat Thor down, then begins on a spree of terror. Thor manages to catch up to him, and they battle for hour upon hour, until Balder interferes. He transports Thor to Asgard, leaving Crusher on Earth. Balder tells Thor that Loki has kidnapped Jane. Crusher heads towards a house to make plans, believing that he made Thor flee. Thor heads off to confront Loki and free Jane.
